[How to take care of leather products]
Once every three to six months, apply the enclosed cream using a soft cloth to maintain its unique texture and shine.
If your bag is wet or stained, wipe it with a soft cloth and dry it in a cool place.
[Note for ordering leather products]
Due to the nature of the fabrication of the veggie leather, the surface may be uneven in color, wrinkles, spots, size marks on the back, roe deer footprints, bond marks, etc. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs during the fabrication process and cannot be a reason for exchange or refund.
Due to the nature of the veggie leather, this can cause discoloration.
[Production period and delivery]
- Custom-made products will be shipped within 15 business days.
- If the product takes more than the basic delivery period or is out of stock, we will contact you individually.
[Exchange and refund]
- Since it is a custom-made product, exchange or refund is not possible for a simple change of mind.
